After Simon West the previous prompted director, who is taking part in shooting several television series, has left the production, the producer Screen Gems is at talks with Nimród Antal about the direction of the new horror film, Vacancy. Sarah Jessica Parker and Luke Wilson play the parts of a young couple in the film. The spot is a hotel room, where the couple discovers a hidden camera and they realize that despite their own will they have been offered a role in a so-called snuff film that will record a real murder.

The female actor Sarah Jessica Parker could be seen in high budget movies like the recently released Failure to Launch or last year’s The Family Stone. Luke Wilson, the younger brother of Owen Wilson, has played in main roles and as supporting actor in comedies like Legally Blonde or The Royal Tenembaums.

If anything goes as planned Nimród Antal and the cast can start shooting the film early September.
