Sándor Reisenbüchler Dies
Animation director Sándor Reisenbüchler, the holder of the Kossuth and the Balázs Béla prizes, died unexpectedly at the age of 69. He had won numerous awards at international festivals, including Cannes, New York, Rome, Cairo and Barcelona. For the self-taught illusionist and artist, it was never the technique of drawing but the message of the film that mattered, the desire to provoke and to teach.
